Michael C Stashluk is a personal chef, born and raised in northern NJ. He discovered his passion for food at an early age through his grandfather, Albert Mele, during Sunday dinners with his family. He attended Morris County vocational school for culinary arts during High School to jump right into learning more about his passion- the culinary world. Michael has a strong Italian cuisine background. He has worked as an executive banquet chef at a large Hotel and is now focusing more of his time on farm-to-table and Wild game cuisine.

Roel De Villa is the head chef at Tiff’s Grill & Ale House in Morris Plains. He is  self -taught and started his culinary journey at age 13 when he got his first job working under Charles Tremblay, who specializes in Italian Cuisine. Growing up in a large family De Villa was always in the kitchen with his mother who inspired & supported him to follow his dream of being a chef. De Villa would describe his cuisine as Italian American with a hint of Texmex & Asian Flavors. Similar to Romanelli, De Villa is a firm believer in using the best ingredients possible while keeping his dishes simple.

The founders of Bubbles For Brain Cancer wrote this snip-it on their website:

"Over the past few months we extensively immersed ourselves in brain cancer research. During this time, we learned that while most people are aware brain cancer exists, they're unaware that funding for brain cancer research (research that will eventually lead us to a cure) is extremely low. With this in mind, we're on a mission to raise $1million for brain cancer research, in hopes of finding a cure that will ultimately change the lives of millions.

Your donations go directly to the world's best Cancer research center, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund, a widely known 501(c)(3) non-profit.
We intend to take the Bubbles For Brain Cancer digital challenge worldwide and help cure brain cancer. Participate in this challenge by blowing any type of bubbles that show your support in our fight to finding a cure for brain cancer. Upload your bubble content to all your social media channels, hash tag us #BubblesForBrainCancer, and raise donations to spread the word to your friends and family!

We created this campaign for everyone to contribute at various impact levels. Be sure to review the ways you can make an impact and please share this page with your family and friends. Your involvement is critical to our success. Thank you again for your help."
